Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Sous Chef in Dunton Green to lead a kitchen section, train staff, and support the Head Chef with ordering and stock control. The role requires dedication to food quality and team leadership in a busy pub environment.

You will oversee health and hygiene compliance, work with branded menus, and help drive excellent guest experiences across our Rose & Crown and Vintage Inns brands. Competitive hourly earnings with tips.
