Job summary

Mitchells & Butler PLC is seeking a Part Time Sous Chef for Lambs Green Inn in Corfe Mullen. You will run a kitchen section, train the team, and step in for the Head Chef when needed to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

• Experience as sous chef or in a similar kitchen role.
• Ability to lead and develop a kitchen team.
