Marston’s PLC is looking for a Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen. You’ll support the Head Chef and lead the line, ensuring consistent, high-quality dishes reach the pass.

Qualifications

• Experience in a branded hospitality kitchen or as a Commis Chef.
• Ability to lead on the line during service.

• Run the line during service.
• Assist Head Chef in managing all kitchen operations.
• Oversee and develop the kitchen team.
• Ensure hot, quality food is presented to the pass.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and service.
