Job summary

24 Stories, a stunning top-floor restaurant in Birmingham's Business District, is seeking a Sous Chef to lead our kitchen team to culinary excellence. You will supervise staff, coach on cooking techniques and safety, and help manage the pass during busy services at the 24th floor fine-dining venue.

In this role you will monitor stock with ADACO, control costs, ensure cleanliness and health-and-safety standards, and collaborate with front-of-house to deliver memorable dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Lead kitchen team to culinary excellence.
• Supervise and coach kitchen staff on cooking techniques, food presentation, and safety protocols.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize cost control through ADACO stock ordering.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness.
