Prezzo Italian is seeking a Sous Chef in the UK to lead shifts, manage the kitchen and uphold high standards. You will train the team, run operations in the Head Chef's absence, and work closely with front of house to deliver a first‑class guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy, high-volume kitchen with shift leadership.
• Pride in consistency and attention to detail on every plate.
• Knowledge of food safety, allergens and health and safety principles.

• Train and coach the team to develop chefs of tomorrow.
• Step up and run the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence.
