The Ambleside Inn, part of the Inn Collection Group, is seeking a driven Sous Chef to lead a busy kitchen in the Lake District. This role focuses on delivering fresh, quality dishes and maintaining high standards across the kitchen team.

• Cover Head Chef in their absence and ensure smooth daily operations.
