Job summary

Brunning and Price’s Little Manor is seeking a talented Sous Chef to lead the kitchen alongside the Head Chef, driving food quality, presentation and service to create exceptional dining experiences. You will enjoy a comprehensive package including a basic up to £34,000 with tronc, plus a £1,500 annual bonus, paid overtime, great tips and strong wellbeing and pension benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in catering and hospitality at junior sous or sous or kitchen manager level is essential.
• Ability to run the kitchen alongside the Head Chef and drive the food culture.

Responsibilities

• Run the kitchen in coordination with the Head Chef and lead kitchen operations.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and service.
• Engage with the team to deliver exciting new dishes and maintain guest satisfaction.
