Novotel Wolverhampton is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and lead a small kitchen team. You will ensure each dish meets our high standards, manage food orders and HACCP duties, and work closely with front of house to ensure smooth service.

You will deputise in the Head Chef's absence, demonstrate strong leadership, and uphold health and safety standards to achieve excellent audits. Eligibility to work in the UK is required.

Qualificações

• Level 2 or 3 Food Safety required.
• Previous experience as Sous Chef or Senior CDP in a busy kitchen, ideally hotel based.
• Strong leadership with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to guide a small kitchen team.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure every dish is prepared and executed to the highest standards.
• Food ordering to ensure full menu availability and minimal wastage.
• Daily due diligence with HACCP procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to exceed external audits.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high food standards.
