Mitchells & Butlers plc is seeking a Sous Chef at Harvester - Halbeath Park. You will lead a kitchen section, train your team, and step up when the Head Chef is absent, driving consistent, high-quality service for guests.

You will manage food orders, prep, and stock, ensuring health and hygiene standards are met while supporting brand menus and guest satisfaction across the Harvester site.

Responsibilities

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support your Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
