Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef in a busy kitchen.
• Must keep up to date with allergen training.
• Ability to lead and train junior kitchen staff.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and labeling.
• Proven ability to work as part of a close kitchen team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Chef in running a busy kitchen.
• Write the allergen matrix to ensure guest safety.
• Order ingredients and manage stock via Procure Wizard.
• Lead and mentor junior chefs and commis.
• Ensure cleanliness and food safety during shifts.
