J.W. Lees & Co. is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to support menu development, stock control and maintain a safe, compliant kitchen across our pubs and inns. You will guide and develop junior kitchen staff, drive high standards and ensure consistent, fresh quality food for guests.

• Support menu development, stock management and safe, compliant kitchen operations.
• Provide guidance to junior kitchen staff.
• Maintain high standards and attention to detail to achieve 5 Scores on the Doors.
• Motivate the team to present fresh quality food consistently.
• Train and develop junior team members as part of the Sous Chef role.
