Job summary

JW Lees is seeking a Sous Chef to join our kitchen team in the North West. You will lead the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence and support with menu development, stock management and maintaining a safe and compliant kitchen.

You will provide guidance to junior kitchen staff and help ensure high standards, with a focus on consistently delivering fresh, quality dishes and achieving top scores.
