JW Lees & Co. is a family-owned brewer operating across pubs, inns and hotels in the North West and North Wales. We are looking for a Sous Chef who will support menu development, manage stock and ensure a safe, compliant kitchen while guiding junior staff and driving high standards.

The role focuses on training, team motivation and delivering consistently fresh, quality food, with opportunities for progression within our culinary team and development programmes.

Responsibilities

• Support with menu development, stock management and maintaining a safe and compliant kitchen
• Provide guidance to junior kitchen staff members
• Ensure high standards and attention to detail to achieve 5 Scores on the Doors
• Continuously motivate the team to present fresh quality food
• Play an integral role in training and development of junior team members
