Job summary

Quaglino's in London seeks an experienced Sous Chef to lead the kitchen team, oversee cooking techniques, presentation and safety, and support the Head Chef during peak service. You will guide staff on dish execution and ensure consistency across sections in a busy, high-end environment.

In this role you'll manage inventory, optimize costs with ADACO, maintain impeccable cleanliness, and work closely with front-of-house to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Lead kitchen team to culinary excellence and coach staff on techniques and presentation.
• Oversee pass during busy services and support other sections.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and compliance with health regulations.
