Job summary

Liverpool Experience Campus in Liverpool is seeking a proactive Sous Chef to support the Head Chef, delivering outstanding culinary operations across our sports and entertainment venues.

You will lead a fast-paced kitchen, ensure food safety and high-quality presentation, manage stock and labour, and develop both permanent and casual team members to deliver memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Sous Chef in high-volume hospitality, events or sports venues.
• Hold relevant culinary qualifications and Food Safety Level 3.
• Strong leadership, financial awareness and ability to develop kitchen teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen to ensure quality and guest experience.
• Develop and motivate the kitchen team, manage food production, stock and labour controls.
