Job summary

Eastlands Venue Services Limited is seeking a Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in managing all culinary operations at Co-op Live. You will drive high-quality food production, ensure HACCP/COSHH compliance, and lead kitchen staff across multiple outlets for large events.

You'll play a key role in budgeting, stock control, and training, while maintaining brand standards and delivering an excellent guest experience during matches and events.

Qualifications

• In-depth understanding of food safety regulations (HACCP, COSHH).
• High-volume, multi-outlet kitchen experience.
• Proven leadership and team development abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations across outlets, ensuring high-quality food production.
• Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff; provide hands-on support during busy shifts.
• Plan for large events, VIP experiences, and high-profile gatherings with front-of-house teams.
• Ensure cost control and inventory management to minimize waste and meet targets.
