Job summary

Liverpool Experience Campus is seeking a Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in delivering outstanding culinary operations across our Sports & Entertainment venues. You will lead in a fast-paced environment, ensuring top quality, safety and guest satisfaction at every event.

The role requires proven sous chef experience in high-volume hospitality, strong culinary skills, and Food Safety Level 3 certification, with a focus on developing kitchen teams and maintaining impeccable standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef in busy hospitality/events venues.
• Culinary qualifications and Food Safety Level 3 certification.
• Ability to lead and develop kitchen teams while maintaining standards.

Responsibilities

• Support and deputise for the Head Chef in delivering culinary operations.
• Lead by example in a fast-paced, high-volume environment to ensure food quality and guest experience.
• Manage food production across multiple outlets and maintain stock and labour controls.
