THE PIG-near Bath, Pensford, BS39 4NS, is seeking a Sous Chef to join the team at Bath. You will assist the Head Chef in running one of four kitchen sections, bringing fresh ideas for menus and ensuring health and safety, ordering and rotas are managed.

The role emphasizes local suppliers within 25 miles and homegrown produce. We offer a dynamic, fast-paced kitchen with opportunities to develop and progress, including stepping up into a Senior Sous role across properties.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is necessary.
• Knowledge of all areas of the kitchen is essential.
• Passion for modern British food and sustainability.
