• Support the Head Chef in running a smooth, efficient kitchen.
• Lead by example by cooking to spec and maintaining high standards.
• Train and develop the kitchen team to create a positive working environment.
• Maintain top hygiene and safety standards at all times.
• Step up to take charge when the Head Chef is away.
