As a sous chef, you will be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You should have excellent food knowledge and standards, using these to lead, motivate, and inspire your team.

• Is passionate about supporting and developing their team to maintain high standards
• Has experience managing the kitchen line, planning shifts, and working collaboratively with the team
• Supports food safety, health and safety standards, and understands financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
• Loves celebrating team successes and recognizing individual drives and needs
