As a sous chef, you will be a leader who cares about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You should be an expert in food quality and standards, with excellent food knowledge, using this to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

• Is passionate about supporting their team, focusing on training and development to help them excel and maintaining high standards.
• Has experience managing the kitchen line, planning shifts, and working with the team through coaching.
• Supports food safety, health and safety standards, and understands financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.
• Loves celebrating team successes and recognizes individual drives and needs.
