As a sous chef, you will lead with passion, ensuring high standards of food quality and safety. You will inspire and engage your team, fostering a positive environment for both guests and staff.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about supporting and developing their team to excel and uphold high standards
• Has experience managing kitchen operations, planning shifts, and working collaboratively with the team
• Supports food safety, health, and safety standards, and understands financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
• Loves celebrating successes and recognizing individual contributions
