Sous Chef | Full-time

The role |

As a sous chef, you will be a leader who cares deeply about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You should be an expert in food quality and standards, with excellent food knowledge, leading, engaging, and inspiring your team.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about supporting and developing their team to achieve high standards
• Has experience managing the line, planning shifts, and coaching team members
• Supports food safety, health and safety standards, and understands kitchen financials including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
• Loves celebrating team successes and recognizing individual needs
