As a sous chef, you'll be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and teams alike. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

• Are passionate about supporting your team, focusing on training and development to help them excel and maintain high standards.
• Have experience managing the line, planning shifts to ensure proper coverage, and enjoy coaching on the go.
• Support your kitchen’s food, health, and safety standards, and understand financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
• Loved to celebrate success, recognizing individual drivers and needs.
