Morepeople is seeking a Sous Chef for a Norfolk-based, garden-centre restaurant. You will work closely with the Head Chef, leading daily kitchen operations and contributing to menu development while upholding high standards of fresh, locally sourced produce.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy restaurant, hospitality or commercial catering environment.
• Confidence to run the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence.
• Interest in developing new dishes and menus.

• Lead day-to-day kitchen operation alongside Head Chef.
• Support the team and maintain high standards throughout service.
• Involve in menu development and input into menus and standards.
• Take responsibility for the kitchen when Head Chef is away.
