Job summary

McMullen & Sons Ltd. is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to join our High Street Premium concept, where quality and guest experience come first.

You’ll help maintain our standards and support the Head Chef in delivering a stylish bar menu from brunch through to dinner, in a busy, friendly kitchen. Qualifications

Previous kitchen experience in a busy environment.
Willing to take on responsibility and stay calm under pressure.
Commitment to quality and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Deliver the food concept to company standard and exceed guest expectations.
Oversee stock control, ordering, deliveries, stock taking and control of wastage.
Support the Head Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen and deputise in their absence.
Train and develop the kitchen team so that they can reach their potential.
All aspects of Food Safety and Health & Safety compliance in accordance with the law and company policy.
