Responsibilities

• Cook and present dishes to spec in a busy kitchen.
• Maintain food GP% to budget.
• Manage stock taking and stock control.
• Ensure excellent communication within the team.
• Uphold high standards of hygiene and presentation.
• Recruit, train and coach junior team members.
• Follow food health and safety regulations.
