Loungers is hiring a full-time Sous Chef to join the Molo Lounge kitchen, supporting the Head Chef and leading the team through each service. If you love real cooking and take pride in the small things, you’ll fit right in.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sous Chef, Junior Sous Chef, or Chef de Partie aiming to elevate to the next level.
• Strong leadership skills, reliable punctuality, and commitment to high standards.
• Solid understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen shifts with confidence, keeping service smooth and on spec from prep to plating.
• Support day-to-day operations as Head Chef’s right hand and cover in their absence.
• Set high standards on the pass for quality, pace, cleanliness, hygiene and safety.
• Own key routines: prep, par, stock control, waste, orders and handovers.
• Coach and develop the team to deliver great food each shift.
