Job summary

Malmaison Hotels is seeking a motivated kitchen professional to support the Head Chef in delivering the brand standards across our Brasseries and kitchens. You will guide a motivated team in a fast-paced setting, working with varied and sometimes unfamiliar produce to create memorable dining experiences.

We offer in-house training and access to nationally recognised apprenticeships, with a clear path for progression to Head Chef for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Support Head Chef by ensuring the team delivers brand standards in a smooth and consistent manner.
• Develop and lead the kitchen team to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Demonstrate cooking skills and train juniors in a fast-paced environment.
• Progression opportunities toward a Head Chef role through internal development.
