Job summary

Malmaison in Manchester is seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and uphold the highest standards of quality across our a la carte and daily specials. You will drive menu development, training, and service standards to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You should have proven experience in a similar quality-branded environment and the ability to manage a kitchen of comparable size, sourcing local producers and tailoring service to seasonal produce.
