What we Expect From You
  1. Collaborate with the Head Chef to oversee kitchen operations for all events, from prep to plate.
  2. Lead event kitchen teams during service, ensuring timely execution, consistency, and excellence.
  3. Uphold standards of food safety, cleanliness, and presentation in line with health codes and company policies.
  4. Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff, especially during high-pressure situations.
  5. Manage inventory, coordinate with suppliers, and control costs to maintain quality within budget.
  6. Assist in staff scheduling and performance management in the absence of the Head Chef.
  7. Communicate effectively with event planners, service staff, and management for seamless food service across events.
Who We Are Looking For
  1. Someone interested in culinary arts and cooking.
  2. Experience as a Sous Chef or a CDP ready for the next step.
  3. Proven experience in a commercial or restaurant kitchen.
  4. Attention to detail.
  5. Strong communication and organizational skills.
