As a sous chef, you will be a leader dedicated to creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You should possess exceptional food knowledge and standards, and use this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

• Is passionate about supporting and developing their team to maintain high standards
• Has experience managing kitchen operations, planning shifts, and coaching team members
• Supports food safety, health and safety standards, and understands financial aspects such as gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
