• Are passionate about supporting your team, focusing on training and development to help them excel and maintaining high standards.
• Have experience managing the line, planning shifts to ensure proper coverage, and enjoy coaching your team on the go.
• Are familiar with food safety, health and safety standards, and understand the financial aspects of running a kitchen, including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.
• Love celebrating success, recognizing individual drives and needs.
