The Larkshall in London is seeking a motivated Sous Chef to join our friendly gastropub team. We pride ourselves on fresh seasonal dishes, homemade pies and roasts, and a warm welcome for diners, with the pub already fully booked for Christmas.

You will lead and develop a kitchen team, design and deliver new dishes, manage the rota and health and safety, and participate in our development programme, with perks including free meals and staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Love of food and cooking is required.
• Tech savvy for doing the online food checks.
• Experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a kitchen team.
• Design and deliver new dishes for menus and daily specials.
• Manage the kitchen rota and health & safety.
• Support the Head Chef with menu development and daily operations.
