Qualifications

• We are looking for an existing Sous Chef or Senior CDP seeking progression.
• Natural leader with passion and flair for quality fresh food.
• Hands-on chef with strong communication and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop kitchen staff, manage rota and health & safety.
• Collaborate with Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes.
• Drive quality and consistency across daily specials and menus.
