Responsibilities

• Ensure food preparation and presentation meets high standards and safety regulations.
• Supervise, train and motivate the kitchen team to maintain high standards.
• Assist in menu planning, costing and ordering while monitoring budgets.
• Ensure proper handling, storage and quality control per current legislation.
• Ensure dishes are produced to a consistently high standard.
