Job summary

The Links Tavern in Liphook is seeking a creative Sous Chef to support the Head Chef, manage the kitchen when they are away, and prep seasonal, local ingredients.

You will lead the kitchen team, uphold high standards of food safety and hygiene, and contribute fresh dishes. Full induction, ongoing training, and access to Wagestream are provided.

Qualifications

• A hygiene qualification is essential.
• Excellent food knowledge.
• Strong food safety awareness.
