Fuller’s The Bishop on the Bridge in Winchester is seeking a proactive Sous Chef to support the Head Chef, stepping up when needed. You’ll focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients and maintain high standards.

As a creative contributor, you’ll inspire the kitchen team, ensure every service runs smoothly, and uphold hygiene and food safety. Full induction and training, Wagestream option, and occupancy discounts accompany this role.

Qualificações

• Hygiene qualification is essential.

• Experience with seasonal ingredients and fresh cooking.
