Fuller’s Bridport is seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen. As deputy to the Head Chef, you will take full control in their absence and oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring dishes are prepared to the highest standards using seasonal, local ingredients.

You will lead a motivated team, bring creative ideas to the menu, and take pride in every service. A hygiene qualification and strong food safety knowledge are essential, with a passion for fresh, quality food and
