Fuller’s seeks a dedicated Sous Chef for our 16th-century coaching inn in Bridport. As deputy to the Head Chef you will take charge of the kitchen when they are away, and lead a team to deliver fresh, seasonal dishes.

You will uphold high standards of food knowledge, hygiene and safety, embrace local ingredients, and bring creative ideas to daily menus. Induction and training support your growth.

Formación

• Hygiene qualification and sound food safety knowledge are essential.
• Experience in handling fresh, seasonal ingredients is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Act as deputy to the Head Chef and take control of the kitchen when they are away.
• Prepare fresh food made from seasonal, local ingredients with pride.
• Bring creativity to dishes and drive kitchen innovation.
• Bring out the best in the kitchen team and ensure high service standards.
• Take pride in every successful service and maintain hygiene practices.
