The role:

As a sous chef, you'll be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and teams, with expertise in food quality and standards, leading and inspiring your team.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about supporting and developing their team to uphold high standards
• Has experience managing kitchen operations, planning shifts, and coaching team members
• Supports food safety, health and safety standards, and understands financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
• Loves celebrating team successes and recognizing individual needs
