Sous Chef | Full time

The role:

As a sous chef, you’ll be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for our guests and teams. An expert in food quality and standards, with exceptional food knowledge, you will lead, engage, and inspire your team.

Requirements:

• Passionate about supporting your team, focusing on training and development to help them excel and maintain high standards.
• Experienced in managing the line, planning shifts, and coaching on the go.
• Supportive of kitchen food, health, and safety standards, with an understanding of financial performance including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
• Enjoy celebrating team successes and recognizing individual needs.
