• are passionate about supporting your team, focusing on training and development to help them excel and maintaining high standards
• have experience managing the kitchen line, planning shifts to ensure proper coverage, and coaching team members on the go
• are knowledgeable about food safety, health and safety standards, and understand financial aspects such as gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
