As a sous chef, you'll lead with passion, ensuring high standards in food quality and safety, and inspiring your team through engagement and expertise.

• Has experience managing a kitchen line, planning shifts, and coaching team members
• Supports food safety, health, safety standards, and understands financial metrics like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
