The role |

As a sous chef, you'll be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You should be an expert in food quality and standards, with excellent food knowledge, to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about supporting and developing their team to achieve high standards
• Has experience managing the kitchen line, planning shifts, and coaching team members
• Supports food safety, health, safety standards, and understands financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
• Loves celebrating team successes and recognizes individual needs
