Gravity Recruit is assisting a busy restaurant in Bristol to recruit a Sous Chef. The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced kitchen, mentoring wok, lines and salad chefs, and ensuring strong food safety compliance.

The position offers an annual salary up to £41,300 (base £34,700 plus tron) with additional perks and career development opportunities within a growing national business.

Our client are looking for a Sous Chef to join our busy / fast paced restaurant in Bristol.

Our clients kitchen has a wonderful team of chefs who work very hard and are great at what they do, so it's important we find the right Second Chef who is going to be supportive, friendly and hands-on, always ready to help in the different sections of the kitchen.

Annual salary offer of up to £41,300 is made up of a base annual salary £34,700 plus earnings received through tronc.

What Pho is looking for:

• Hands on chefs who are passionate about cooking fresh, vibrant and flavoursome food.
• Second Chef or Sous Chef with minimum x1 years' in role.
• Experience being second in command in a kitchen. Assisting both the Head Chef with managerial duties and being a mentor to our wok chefs, lines chefs and salad chefs.
• Strong knowledge in food safety and managing compliance within health and safety regulations
