Job summary

Platinum Recruitment is seeking a Sous Chef for a AA Rosette dining pub with rooms near Worcester. You will support the Head Chef and lead the kitchen team in his absence, ensuring consistent high standards.

This role offers a four-day week, free live-in accommodation, involvement in menu input, 28 days holiday, on-shift meals, and staff discounts across sister companies, providing a rewarding and stable environment for a driven culinary professional.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Sous Chef or in a similar senior kitchen role.
• Ability to lead and develop kitchen staff.
• Proven track record in food safety and hygiene.
• Experience in managing stock and minimizing waste.
• Willingness to work a 4-day week and live-in arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations.
