Job summary

Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with an AA Rosette Dining Pub with rooms near Worcester, and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Chef De Partie to join their team.

As Chef de Partie you’ll own your section, cook fresh dishes to high standards, support the Sous and Head Chef, and ensure hygiene and stock control. The role offers a 4-day week, free live-in accommodation, approx £34,000–£35,000 per year, 28 days holiday, on‑shift meals and other benefits.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking fresh, high-quality dishes.
• Maintaining high standards of food presentation and consistency.
• Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef with daily kitchen operations.
• Ensuring food hygiene and health & safety standards are met.
• Assisting with stock control and minimising waste.
• Working closely with the team to deliver exceptional food every service.
