Mitchells & Butler s PLC in Stratford-upon-Avon is seeking a Sous Chef with a passion for great food, training great people and making guests smile. You’ll lead a kitchen section and step up in the Head Chef’s absence, ensuring the team works as one.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen section and managing a team.
• Ability to train and inspire team to deliver high-quality dishes.
• Experience with food ordering, stock control, and health & hygiene standards.

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support your Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
