Job summary

Marston's is seeking a Sous Chef to join our team, bringing leadership in a busy kitchen and support to the Head Chef. You will ensure hot, high-quality dishes are presented to the pass and help guide the kitchen during service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a branded role or as a Commis Chef is preferred.
• Strong ability to run the kitchen line and assist the Head Chef.
• Passion for maintaining high standards of food and service.

Responsibilities

• Be second in command to the Head Chef and cover shifts when they are not on duty.
• Assist the Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen.
• Run the line during service and maintain quality standards.
• Support and develop kitchen team members to improve skills.

We're on the lookout for a Sous Chef to join our team!

As Sous Chef you'll:

Be right in the action in our kitchen, second in command to our Head Chef - stepping up and covering for them when they're not on shift.

• Offer previous branded experience in a similar role or as an experienced Commis Chef
• Assist our Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen
• Accountable for running the line during service
• Oversee, organise, and encouragethe kitchen team - helping to develop their skills
• Be passionateabout maintaining the highest standards of food and service
